After a week of new ownership, Grant McCann is sacked as manager of Hull City. Disappointing results had seen City languishing in 19th place in the table, despite back to back wins before his sacking.

Shota Arveladze announced as new Head Coach

After spells of managing in Turkey and Israel, and coaching in Holland - Shota Arveladze is announced as Head Coach of Hull City. The former striker enjoyed prolific spells at Rangers, Ajax, and his hometown Dinamo Tbilisi - and is Georgias all-time international leading goalscorer

Shota Arveladze is sacked as manager after a poor run of results. With only 3 wins in the last 10 games, City occupy 20th place in the table. Arveladze is sacked just hours before the game with Luton Town. Andy Dawson is appointed as interim manager.

Liam Rosenior appointed as new head coach

Rosenior is appointed as Head Coach on a two and a half year deal. The former Tigers defender made 144 league appearances between 2010 and 2015, and appeared in the FA Cup Final side. Rosenior joins City after a spell as assistant coach at Derby County

After a disappointing end to a promising season, missing out on the play-offs on the final day of the season - Liam Rosenior is sacked. In interviews a few days later, owner Acun Ilıcalı cites the failure to deliver exciting, attacking football, and a difference in footballing philosophy - as the reason for the dismissal. more info

Tim Walter sacked after 18 matches as Head Coach

After one of the clubs worst starts to any league season (P17 W3 D6 L8), Tim Walter is sacked after a 0-2 defeat against Sheffield Wednesday, in front of club owner Acun Ilıcalı. Ilıcalı had stated before the game that Walter would be backed, whatever the outcome - however the level of performance, and the reaction of the fans prompted the owner to dismiss Walter the following day. Hull City announce Rubén Sellés as next manager

After Reading agree to release him, Rubén Sellés is announced as the new manager of Hull City. Andy Dawson takes charge of the team for the upcoming weekends game against Blackburn - with Sellés taking over from Monday 9th December, trying to turn around a 10-game winless run for the Tigers who sit third from bottom in the league more info

Sergej Jakirović announced as the new Head Coach of Hull City

Signing a two-year deal after the club agree settlement terms with former club Kayserispor - Sergej Jakirović becomes the new Head Coach. The Bosnian also brings in 3 assistants to work alongside Andy Dawson and Erbil Bozkurt. more info
